Who we are
A player-first agency built by ex-pros
Founded in 2016 above a coffee roaster on Redchurch Street, ThunderQuest Champions represents 40+ players across Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League and FC 25. We negotiate the contracts, run the bootcamps and produce the content so competitors can focus on winning.
Our Shoreditch studio houses a broadcast suite, a 10-seat bootcamp room and a performance-coaching space — everything a roster needs between the group stage and the grand final.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with top-ranked players?
No. Roughly a third of our roster joined us in the top few percent rather than the very top. What matters more is trajectory, work ethic and how you handle feedback. Book a call and we'll review your recent VODs honestly.
How does your commission work?
Management retainers start at £499/month and we take 15% on brand deals and appearance fees we source. We never take a cut of your tournament prize money — those winnings are yours entirely.
Can you produce a one-off online tournament?
Absolutely. Single-day online events start at £3,500 and include casting talent, branded graphics, an observer and a highlight package delivered within 48 hours. Give us three weeks' notice for the best casting availability.
Where are you based and can I visit?
Our studio and bootcamp are on Redchurch Street in Shoreditch, a five-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station. Drop-in visits are welcome on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 — message us first so a manager can show you around.
Do you support under-18 players?
Yes, with a parent or guardian co-signing every agreement. We follow strict safeguarding guidelines, cap practice hours during term time and prioritise schooling. All coaching staff working with minors are DBS-checked.
